Scott is an acknowledged leader in the assurance or governance of high- value, high-risk projects and operating environments in the public and private sector.

He embraces the intellectual challenge of solving complex problems – listening, analysing and distilling issues into what really matters, charting a pathway to successful outcomes.

As a portfolio advisor he is one of six accredited lead reviewers for Portfolio Assurance on the GCDO Assurance Panel and one of the few lead reviewers appointed to four of the five assurance categories. He’s also an experienced assessor for Treasury’s Investor Confidence Rating (ICR) NZP3M assessment.
